Literally took up my entire 30 minutes. Worker was clearly in NO hurry to do her job. She seemed way more interested in talking to her co worker in the other room. I definitely will NOT be back.
I placed an order and the money was taken from my account, but I never received the order. I called both the store and the headquarters, but nothing was resolved. I was simply told that the store probably isn’t aware their online orders are turned off, and that they would need to turn them back on. The representative at headquarters even suggested I try ordering from another location — which makes no sense, considering I’ve already been charged. Extremely frustrating experience with no accountability.
My smoothie was very nasty. I ordered two pineapple surfs. They had no sweetness to it at all . I even tipped and still received bad service.
Makena was so polite made my day better. The smoothie was delicious.
