Only 2 workers on a Friday. The line was starting to go outside the front door. I felt sorry for the poor guys working they were doing their best. Ordered ahead of time to avoid the long wait and still had to wait omg
The white employee with sorta blonde hair who helped me seemed personally offended by the concept of customer service. She stomped around like a final boss battle and had a permanent expression that suggested she was one minor inconvenience away from declaring war on humanity. Mind you she was was out of breath just walking to the counter. The smell hit before the conversation did. I came in not knowing what I wanted and Aliana helped me with my order. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process while I made up my mind. Her excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Interesting that employee was discouraging customers from ordering. They were busy, but telling customers the wait was long. Some left and the employee just seemed to be angry that customers were still ordering. She got her phone and went out.
Expect to wait at least 30 minutes with no one in the store. Sad!
