Today was my first time actually going in the inside the store, it was very clean and the staff were friendly. I had an issue with my order and they made sure they made it right!
The staff were very friendly, and my service was great. I used the drive through, so I can’t speak on the cleanliness of the place. I ordered a Go-go crunch without the fruit. I almost always order the one of the bowls whenever I patron here. So I would say, I’m very familiar on the serving size, prize etc. Once the associate handed me my smoothie bowl, I was taken a back. I had just showed up to pick up a DoorDash order and apparently the two girls that are in here working apparently does not know the fact that they were supposed to have the order already bagged up, but when I got in, and I gave them the name of the DoorDash They just handed me the item without a bag or anything and expecting me to walk out the door with it. So clearly smoothie King staff has not been trained about DoorDash and Uber eats orders that you have to have it in a bag before you hand it to the driver.
Awesome experience with an awesome smoothie. I will definitely be back and the staff was outstanding!
