Today I had such a great experience at the Rosa Parks Smoothie King! Raven had prepared my smoothie. She has such a nice personality! She is very friendly and pleasant. It truly makes a difference when someone provides such excellent customer service! Also, this store is spotless….very clean and well-maintained. Will continue to come to this Smoothie King. Thank you for great service!
I’m literally here every morning! Tee is great she shows love every time.
I’m not quite convinced that the smoothie I got was just ice and blueberry flavoring. Nothing like normal smoothie king smoothies. The lady in drive-through was rude as well.
All these 5 star reviews have to be a lie. It literally says they open at 6 online & it let me place an order. I get there around 6:25 and a lady hops out of a car & very rudely says they don’t open until 7. I tell her that I placed an online order & she says again rudely that they open at 7. My thing is why is it posted that they open at 6 online & why can people place orders if that’s true ? Also why be rude as hell. I will be requesting a refund
