I came in to get a smoothie before my haircut and the girl working was epic. She was here working BY HERSELF because there was nobody to come in and help her. She opened, ran the drive through, and assured me that she'd be with me soon. She was hustling and professional and kind the whole time despite the long drive through line. This location is always out of my products weekly for the past two months. I order online and other stores remove items unavailable to order online, however, this location takes the chance that you’ll accept what they can offer - ripping me off. I am a frequent visitor (1-2 a day) and now go to other locations or find something else. Staff are wonderful but obviously frustrated as they have to give the bad news. The manager should be fired as this franchisee is losing $ with this person in charge.
Person working the drive thru was pretty lousy and had an absolute “crap” attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone wanting a pleasant experience. The drink was “meh”.
Good smoothies but they’re frequently out of key ingredients. I’ve been there multiple times over the past couple months and they’ve been out of peanut butter. Today they’re out of all of the bases, blueberries and peanut butter. I just left.
This team is always so sweet and courteous! I understand it’s tough when you’re out of product frequently and customers can be rude about it. I know that all too well in this industry! Keep smiling and don’t let *those* people get to you!
