The staff is so nice but this location is always out of something or the drink seem more watery than other locations (probably due to being out of ingredients) The mall location is a little busier but is worth the wait and always fully stocked.
Very good people and not on that. But sword is an extremely wonderfully nice guy. Takes good care of you and when it comes to promotion time he needs to be recognized for sure.
The two guys on tonight were super friendly, service minded, and it was a great experience! This location is one of the BEST we go to, and we have smoothie king at least once a week. Great job here with these two employees!!
I came in to get a smoothie before my haircut and the girl working was epic. She was here working BY HERSELF because there was nobody to come in and help her. She opened, ran the drive through, and assured me that she'd be with me soon. She was hustling and professional and kind the whole time despite the long drive through line. She wasn't frazzled or complaining or huffing about she was focused and still managed to make conversation with me. This location is always out of my products weekly for the past two months. I order online and other stores remove items unavailable to order online, however, this location takes the chance that you’ll accept what they can offer - ripping me off. I am a frequent visitor (1-2 a day) and now go to other locations or find something else. Staff are wonderful but obviously frustrated as they have to give the bad news. The manager should be fired as this franchisee is losing $ with this person in charge.
