I arrived at this location a little before 8pm last night and asked for an açaí bowl. I was then told “ we’re out.” I then asked “ is this because you close in one hour ?” She replied “yes.” Which I know that rule and wouldn’t be upset if it was past 8pm. But the time I pulled up to give my order was 7:56pm. I completely understand the rule if I showed up after 8pm but this was before 8pm, there is still a whole hour to make this and clean up. It sells drive-thru smoothies. Some are not drive-through.
Staff is super friendly!!! Great customer service, I will continue to go to this location. I also enjoy the convenience of the drive thru.
Absolutely love coming to this location! Staff and management are friendly and very time efficient.
