Mark took my order, and he was such a cool cat! I ordered a Power Meal smoothie (cinnamon banana) and asked to add strawberries, immune support, and a multivitamin. He even reminded me about a promo for a free add-in, so I went with mangoes. After he started blending, I remembered that I wanted the non-sugary strawberries. Without missing a beat, Mark told me he had already assumed that’s what I meant—talk about being on point! Awesome job, Mark! I’ll definitely stop by your store next time I’m in New Orleans.
As a ex- team member of Smoothie King, I’m deeply disappointed in the experience I had at Smoothie King 2222 Clearview Pkwy, in Metairie with Destiny the manager. Upon entering, I noticed the staff appeared disorganized and inattentive to customers. My order was delayed, poorly prepared, and not up to the quality I’ve come to expect from Smoothie King. I’ve been coming to Smoothie King at 2222 Clearview Pkwy for years, but this morning’s experience left me extremely disappointed. After my workout, I stopped in for my usual Strawberry Hulk, only to be told by Destiny, who appeared to be the only employee working, that it wasn’t available. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, always ordering the Strawberry Hulk with extra peanut butter. But my recent experience with Destiny, the store manager (I assume), left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in for my usual order, and she abruptly told me they were out of it.
