3/31/26 Whoever the girl was on shift at 4 pm took over 10 minutes for my smoothie with nobody in the store because she was on the phone . Had no care for me or the smoothie . Super unprofessional. And also had her finger in her mouth taking my order . Never had a problem here before until today .
shout out to the girl who had to take orders and complete them. Her customer service skills were A1 and she greeted every single customer who walked in during the lunch rush today around 12:11.
Always consistent and always good. Smoothies are fresh, service is quick, and big shoutout to the team for keeping the vibes and quality top-tier every visit! 🥤
If you don't have a drive through you should at the minimum have a place to sit in your establishment, there's NO seating. It takes a long time to get the smoothie so being able to sit and relax while waiting would be good customer service. I don't recommend this location.
I love acai bowl and Ordered one tonight, got it with very bad and disgusting strawberries! I just can’t believe they would serve such quality when it’s not even seemed to be edible. The consistency is also way too thick..
