1 Star. I would give zero if it was possible. Absolutely unacceptable leadership at this Smoothie King. The assistant manager, Aysha, consistently bullies and targets employees — especially young female workers — by unfairly cutting their hours and creating a toxic work environment. This results in employees leaving to seek employment elsewhere to earn a paycheck. Went there yesterday (Saturday) around 2pm and they were closed. The hours said 8-5. The sign wasn't on but didn't think anything of it because there was a line. I understand life happens. But I expected to see maybe a note on the door on why they were closed or maybe an update on the app. Like I said I know life happens but it's inconvenient especially driving from a different town to get a smoothie.
The Best smoothie king
I paid $26 for two smoothie bowls and receive the smallest portions I've ever received from the company. Definitely would like to hear back from management on this one.
