Ordered 30 dollars of food that was incorrectly prepared by a fresh new hire. They had this kid operating the entire store. Clearly they were overwhelmed and did not understand how to make smoothies and gather entire orders correctly, as I was missing two sides of yogurt pretzels. Tried to get a refund and manager was AWOL the kid said and to check back the following day. Called corporate and they dealt with the same thing trying to get a hold of the manager, they said they wanted to give the store a chance to make it right.... read more
Amazing, healthy smoothies! A bit pricey but I’m willing to pay up. But I’m so frustrated when I show up and they’re closed! All I ask is be open during your posted hours.
Great friendly service and quality of product is perfection
Usually when I go to a smoothie king anywhere there is flavor. We got too smoothies both were so incredibly rub down with ice. Completely derived of flavor. We couldn’t even finish them. To pay this much for such flavorless smoothies is absurd and they need to do better and follow the recipes because other smoothie kings don’t taste like this.
