Good reminder to support local businesses instead of big chains. Drove through and ordered two bowls, they were out of strawberries and raspberries, whatever we just subbed the for some other stuff. Got the 1st one fine but the second one took like 15 mins longer even though i saw it sitting there melting lol then when we finally got it we were like okay cool, can we have some spoons? Told cashier my order specifically to be made with fresh açaí , no premade açaí because of ice/texture preference, as I walk to restroom after placing my order cashier walks behind me to grab a premade açaí bowl out of the fridge and when I come back she quickly adds toppings and I say hey no premade açaí , she says it was made this morning and I said no freshly scooped out , she raises her voice and says It is scooped out and irritated mood displayed.
I came here for my Açai Coco Hayes bowl And I was extremely satisfied with My order. Everything was put together so perfectly, and not to mention the customer service was A1 the one young lady who had taken my order was super polite And the one that gave me, my bowl was super kind as well. Not to mention I did call ahead of time because a lot of other locations did not have everything for my bowl but this location needless to say did not disappoint me.
