Coming into Smoothie King JTB is always such a treat! We really love their secret menu and it makes us feel like "insiders." We also love their tagline "Smoothies with a Purpose" and they are a wonderful community partner for Jacksonville Speech and Hearing Center. We appreciate their contributions towards our fundraisers and events!
Slow service, inconsistent, and unfair to mobile guests. They will make you wait 10 minutes in the parking lot and have you go to the back of the drive through line if they have not finished making your mobile order. They claim it’s a “10 minute grace period” for mobile orders meaning you have to wait 10 minutes after placing a mobile order before going through the drive through. Worst policy I’ve ever seen and they refuse to change it.

I love them really heavy🥹. They are always nice no questions asked, very informative encouraged me to download their app and they always have great perks. Not sure if they know I come often but they are truly amazing. Thank you!
