I don’t know about other Smoothie King locations, but this was my first and last visit to this one. It was my first time trying Smoothie King, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I felt extremely uncomfortable as the employees were laughing in a way that made my siblings and me feel mocked and unwelcome. I didn’t want to spend 30 minutes trying to explain the menu to the kids, but regardless, no customer should ever feel ridiculed or disrespected.
