From the moment that I entered the establishment, I was met with a smile and friend friendly hello while finishing up cleaning up the area. He walked over and washed his hands, smiled again, and came to the counter and asked me what He could help me with today, offered some suggestions, maintained a positive attitude the whole time that I was there, and I could feel the energy that he actually cared about what he was doing for me as a Customer. I ordered 3 different sized smoothies today and needed a carrier for them. I got home and as I took the 20oz out of the carrier the bottom of the cup fell out spilling the smoothie. I literally went from drive through to front door so there was no way I myself could’ve damaged the cup. I called and let the manager know, and he did nothing to rectify the situation. I’ll drive to the next location before I visit this one again simply due to customer service.
UPDATE: Service and food have DRAMATICALLY IMPROVED! Orders are checked over before handing out. The work family is AMAZING! Original post: Ordered the peanut butter toast. No bananas or honey. The supervisor Leah was trying to have me come the next day, instead of remaking it the same day. Smh. Trash. This location is normally better than this.
