Walked into smoothie king today to pick up some smoothie bowls. Nothing crazy but it was two bowls. As soon as I walked in the employee had a horrible attitude I told her I was picking up and order and she went to grab my bowls, she proceeded to set them on the counter and rudely slide them to me. The location is a bit wonky, but considering the area that makes sense.
I visited your New Street location on July 8th and ordered an açaí item. Unfortunately, the açaí was already mixed with water and was extremely thin and liquified. This greatly affected the flavor, texture, and overall quality of the product. I have received it like this several times. But I finally got tired of the disrespect. Authentic açaí should be thick and rich, not watered down prior to serving.
