I ordered from door dash. I took several bites of my smoothie bowl and found a hair. I took a picture of it. Called the store, they asked me for the color of the hair, it's black. I explained that my hair is very short and curly. The first girl said no one had black hair. The second girl said one of the girls has black and blonde hair.... This was the rudest staff I’ve encountered in any establishment. I gave the young lady a twenty dollar bill for a$7.27 purchase. I immediately told her I have .27 give me $13 back. She continued to count out change , I told her just give me $13 she said she couldn’t do that. I asked her why, what I do that for. After her continued rudeness I asked her to give me my money back. My boyfriend and I went in today around 3-4pm, not sure who the staff were. My boyfriend and I ordered specific smoothies specifically because I have a rare banana allergy. My smoothie and his contained bananas as I started having an allergic reaction, thankfully I had Benadryl on me because I have lots of other allergies. I came in here yesterday. They filled my cup up with ice and barely had any drink. The pineapples was tangy. So today I ask for light ice and they put my drink with barely any drink right. I don’t advise unless you getting a smoothie 🫢
