Polished Version Hate to be this guy, but this was my 3rd visit to this branch and, unfortunately, 3/3 have been poor experiences. Today, I was #2 in line, yet somehow ended up being the last customer to receive my smoothie. The person behind me ordered essentially the same thing—a 32 oz strawberry smoothie—and received theirs before me. I get to this location today at 2:45pm. I ordered a smoothie at the drive thru and decided to try a new flavor. After waiting 10 minutes to get to the window with my card in hand both employees ask me what I ordered. I told them that I didn’t remember but it was something with strawberries in it. There was no one else there but a customer was behind. I asked why didn’t they have my order and one of them mumbled that the order was not recorded. I was so frustrated trying to figure it out myself that I left.
