1:20pm they didn’t acknowledge me coming in while I’m in uniform smh then my order is ready didn’t advise me so I’m waiting like a dummy asking is this mines they don’t even know. Never again you can tell this is privately own. And the smoothie had too much ice pack flavor
Abdul was one of the nicest guys ever, i had some issues understanding how the menu worked since i ordered through doordash he was super kind and helping. Props to that guy!
I’ve been coming to this store for years, but recently the experience has gone downhill. During my last visit, the new male manager was rude and unprofessional and did not seem to know how to properly make smoothies. Both the manager and staff were dismissive, and their behavior made the experience uncomfortable. The smoothie I received was watery and did not taste good. Overall, this was very disappointing compared to how this place used to be.
Always quick with my order and friendly staff. Loving the new $10 smoothie and toast deal. I came in the store tonight after a super long day and even though it was near closing time Nyla took my order and had such a positive energy and smile. It’s the little things that go a long way.
