#WRGOA does test customer service as a customer service auditor. This place has never given me any issues, always a friendly staff every time I come here.
I had the absolute worst experience at the Smoothie King in Whitehall Township, PA, and I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this location is run. As someone who’s visited 15 Smoothie King locations across the United States, I can say without a doubt that this is the most deplorable one yet. The manager was utterly deplorable—zero customer service skills, rude, and completely indifferent to customers. Great service and produt
My brother and I had come here after a workout and this was my first time here! It was a little busy but these particular team members kept it under control: Carlin, Tia and Britney. They made this experience a whole lot memorable! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you guys!
