These children must really hate their job… I’m uncertain, but I assume nobody is actually forcing them to work there. I actually backed out of the line after how rude the child was—because who wants a smoothie from someone that hates to be there? I will never consider going back to this location ever again after the interaction I had. I wish it was still a Checkers!

No todo el personal tiene mal carácter con el cliente, pero la señorita Janice atiende con mala forma a los clientes no respondes tus preguntas e impone sus reglas como por ejemplo la compañía ofrece cupones para descuento y ella no los acepta.
It’s the worst store we have been to. A lady in there closed the window while I was talking. I said I want to use my points through the app. They didn’t knew how to redeem the points. We have ordered 3 smoothies and they taste terrible. We have waited for at least 10-15 min to get the orders.
