New management is great, really clean and really fast, helped out with my smoothie choices!
I've noticed a general decline in the service industry lately, and unfortunately, Smoothie King has joined that trend. As a longtime customer, I’ve always appreciated the convenience and quality they offered, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. Smoothie was about as smooth as the highway out front.
Avery is always on top of things. Probably your best employee. Update the guy that has been there every morning on Monday and Tuesday of this week has really been awesome and makes the best smoothies. Avery is great! This location needs more employees! I come here at least once a day, sometimes twice a day Monday-Friday. Always short staffed, and there is a lady always in the back, and the guy Thursday night around 5:45 was out here by himself.
