I went to get an extreme watermelon smoothie and it was watery so I brought it back to see if they could remake it. They “remade it” and it was still watery. I’ve had the smoothie at another location and it wasn’t watery.. smh I won’t be visiting this smoothie king location again.
Would be great if they would actually put your smoothie in a Styrofoam cup when you ask for them. Last 4 times I've gone through the drive through and specifically asked for them to be in Styrofoam and they never are.
Bad Experience with Poor Service and Quality I took my mom to Smoothie King for her usual Açaí Bowl, something she really looks forward to. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The manager, Rod, made the bowl completely wrong—the portions were way off. I politely pointed it out, expecting it to be corrected, but he refused to remake it properly.
