We have frequented this Smoothie King for years. Several of my son's friends have worked at this location. They no longer work there. We've always had great service. The past two visits (over a month period) were terrible. We waited in the drive through over 20 minutes and we had placed a mobile order. Today, I could see four workers in the store and only two customers, I do not understand why it took over 20 minutes to get our order we had placed 15 minutes before getting there. Waited over 30 minutes just to pick up a mobile order. Had to leave before I could even get the smoothie to get to work in time
I absolutely love this place. I just came in through the drive through and somebody paid for my drinks. The guys at the window, asked me to give them a review. Sometimes it really is just as easy as that. Thank you.
I like many other comments here have issues with this specific smoothie king. I frequent smoothie king at least 5 times a week at various locations. This smoothie king is by LEAGES AND BOUNDS the worst one in the metroplex. I have been coming to this one the past month due to the proximity to the location i am working at. 9 out of 10 times my smoothie is extremely watered down. All staff was so kind when there was confusion with my order and then corrected it at no charge! The new manager was great. The other employee who took my order was so kind!!!! Great customer service. Definitely just gained brownie points in my book! Thanks guys!!!
