I am highly disappointed with my experience here yesterday evening. I stopped by after a hard gym workout, expecting a quality smoothie. Instead, I received a cup of complete disappointment. As the photo clearly shows, the drink was incredibly thin, watery, and entirely lacked flavor. What makes this unacceptable is that I passed up a closer Smoothie King location just to patronize this specific store. This is not my first bad experience here. I have been waiting on a refund for an online order since July 31st it is now August 22nd. It doesn’t take 3 weeks to process a refund…I live close by & order several times per week I now have avoided ordering from here since the manager can’t even process a simple ass refund…they will never get another dime from me.
Gave someone else my drink and had me drink the strangers order. Had me waiting for my food that they forgot about for 20mins. It's a pretty nice franchise, just don't go to this location
Horrible customer service, online orders wrong. Never had this issue at Tropic Cafe.
