Came in to use rewards on an order, my boyfriend and I were given an attitude just for wanting to simply change the milk on a smoothie (since I’m lactose intolerant) and make a modification to another item. They forgot to scan rewards, made a new order, and placed the wrong smoothie in the order, refused to change it back for us. Everything was excellent! So clean and neat, the service was excellent, and the smoothies perfect!
Be sure to stop by and see Josie, she is the most attentive, wonderful, service with a smile. She knows are order and asks if we want our usual. For a staff member who takes the time to know their customers and what they like is amazing customer service. She also takes her time to help new members of the team get acclimated to the environment and shows them and trains them when they have questions.
