Today my friend and I stopped by, first time smoothie king customers, and the employee working was all alone in what looked like a rush hour. She did so amazing, reassuring every customer as they walked in, and going as quickly and efficiently as she could to get everyone’s orders done . Tiffany is her name. I hope the manager rewards her hard work and ability to adapt in the situation. Everyone left happy and she made it easy to be patient. A very kind gal.
I had a great experience thanks to Kiki and the team! Kiki did a phenomenal job completing my order. I explained to her that I had just had a tooth extracted, and she took the time to recommend a few options that would work for me as a meal replacement. The smoothie she suggested was absolutely delicious and exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. That first shift crew was amazing—professional, attentive, and friendly. Honestly, those ladies deserve a raise!
I ordered a veggie flat bread and there is more flat bread than veggie there is only pickled onion. Inside looked gross. And there was way more sauce than needed
Wow the team captain, here is amazing. She knew all of the ingredients and their functions in the human body. She was so nice and I could tell she really loves her job and customers. Get her a raise pronto!
