God smoothies! A bit pricey but good.
Juan was a horrible cashier. Was not patient in trying to take my order. Esp since I had my daughter and she can’t read the menu. So I just asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. I tried ordering a strawberry lemonade and I guess he got frustrated and just passed the register to another associate. I had an amazing experience at this Smoothie King! Tiffany made me the best smoothie I’ve ever had. Not only was the drink delicious, but her customer service was top-tier. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and even recommended that I sign up for the rewards program, which gave me 100 points right away. I’m definitely going to be coming back more often now. Highly recommend!
Visited on 12/13/2024 around 8:50. Left to discover my smoothie consisted of strawberry, banana, ice and pecan chunks. In other words, it was not a drink, but a potentially teeth cracking dish. Went back in and was told that this happened because the motors were going out and that she would try to make my smoothie without this happening again.
