Went through drive thru they took my order, when I got to the window they guy didnt even have my order. He said he didnt keybit in. Not even busy 3 cars is all they had. Then he dint even get the order right. Missing item in my smoothie. Get competent. people working their owner! Also this asking for tips before you even get your order is absurd.
Got charged for a 32 oz when I ordered 20 oz
Nala at Smoothie King is always amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and consistently makes the smoothies perfect every time. You can tell she really cares about customer service and making sure everything is on point. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!
Great experience! My 8 year old wanted something with chocolate and I wasn't seeing it on their menu. The girl on the speaker named off a few options but when I mentioned it was for a child she knew exactly what we needed/wanted. She was extremely sweet and super helpful! Will definitely be back to this location.
