Tracy was very sweet and told me I ordered her fav drink. It is pretty delicious!
I came in this location.Janiyah was the person serving me.I got absolutely no greeting. She greeted the man that came in after me.Then also made his item before she gave me mine. Then When she finished making my smoothie she just handed it to me and walked away.... She really needs some better customer service training! If she is there next time I come in I will go to My other one an exit up!
I frequent this location often and the service is generally "OK". Today I had to remind the person that prepared my Acai bowl to wear gloves and she had an attitude. So she put on 1 glove while preparing my bowl. She touched the trash can several times with the ungloved hand and she also used her mouth to open the honey ( Gross!!!) Since this location is close I'll probably return but I'll definitely keep an eye on the staff preparing my food.
