Loud music - hard to hear orders. after 20 min, they still don’t have it ready, had to ask where my order was, and they didn’t had it in the list. After another 5 min I got my order, just to received the wrong order .. so I just walk out with the wrong smoothie. I notice about 5 other customer got they orders wrong and they had to remake their smoothies while I was waiting. Horrible service, not even acknowledge of the wait time and missing order.
I always have a great experience at this Smoothie King location. Yusuf took care of me this time and was very accommodating with my allergies. Also, customer service was amazing!
Yusuf and Harmony provided data and efficienct service. Drunk was ready upon arrival!
Harmony and Yusuf were amazing. Their energy and service is top tier! Very clean and welcoming environment.
