I have a screenshot to show because you may think I’m exaggerating. I ordered 2 smoothie bowls for my friend and we’ve been sitting for 30 minutes. The girls are chatting away with each other. This is my second time having a horrible experience in this place and now I’m certain I’m never coming back.
I was the only customer and still had a bad experience. My smoothie bowl was made sloppily, barely blended, and the employee wasn’t wearing gloves. I found a hair sitting on one of the strawberries, which is really disappointing and unhygienic. I’ve been to other Smoothie King locations with no issues, but I won’t be returning to this one.
The staff at Queensbury are all so friendly love starting my day with them !!
