alex rung me up I ordered 2 smoothies 20oz, one was choc one was strawberry. when my order came up both were banana and 2 different sizes, couldnt even get their attention to fix it.
Probably one of the worst run locations I’ve been to but it’s the closest. It’s a 50/50 draw whether you get what you ordered and the location has been extremely understaffed since it opened. The staff that do show up seem like they’re on life support and are unable to determine that spending 10 min cleaning a blender probably isn’t the best use of their time when there’s 16 people waiting for their orders. Whoever made me this bowl, million thanks!! Literally happy to spend my money at Smoothie King. Always so fast, so tasty, girls who work there are super polite, all my orders come out correctly!
We stopped in Friday 4/3/36 @ 6pm for a treat and were greeted with a smile and professionalism. The drink was refreshing but the courtesy, engagement and smile topped off our day. These two should be given a raise...it is people like them that care about their jobs that will go far in life. Bravo!
