Store was very clean and workers moved super fast by the time in finished ordering my smoothie was ready.
Got to come in before work today and was served by an alex today! Her customer service was spectacular, and she taught me about the different ways to customize my smoothie! The touch of Christmas decor around the building was cutie too!
I am sad to write this bc I like their coffee blends. However, I refuse to go back until I get my refund. In September, we ordered the chicken as an item among other things. When we go to pickup they are out of chicken and don't want a replacement due to needing GF. I asked for a cash refund as I ordered through the app and she said they can't do that. Mgr wasn't at store but said they'd call within a few days. Still no word from them. All I could get from cashier was a receipt saying refund needed and I had to ask for that.... read more
