This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Smoothie King. The first person who took care of me was Abby H—her name is on the receipt—but she didn’t even greet me when I walked in. Every other customer got a warm welcome, but I was completely ignored, standing there as the first person in line for at least six minutes. There are truly amazing people here—the customer service is outstanding. The smoothies and bowls are incredible. I absolutely love it!

Drove 15 minutes to grab smoothies for my kids and showed up at 7:50, just to get turned away. That’s incredibly frustrating when you’re still technically open. I don’t understand why this seems so common in the restaurant industry—closing early or refusing customers before posted hours. If the doors are open, you should be serving. I work in customer service too, and if someone walks in right before closing, I still take care of them. Just feels like a lack of basic customer respect.
