Love this place
I had a really disappointing experience at this Smoothie King. I calmly asked for a refund, and the shift manager became rude and told me they were going to call the police — even though I never raised my voice or acted aggressively. I tried to speak to the regional manager, but he was dismissive and basically said there was nothing I could do since it's a franchise. He didn’t take the issue seriously at all. Smoothie King absolutely earned this 5-star review. The customer service was so good, it genuinely made me pause and wonder who was working the window, it was that personable, that intentional. Sure enough, it turned out to be the owner himself. That level of care and pride in service is rare, and it showed in every detail. I have given this location a few opportunities, but today was the final straw. Considering the average cost of a drink is around $10 you can customize it how you'd like within reason. At this location, that is not the case! (Even when you ask them to make it regular, it isn't correct.) As previous reviews state, you can not alter the drink the way you prefer, they legitimately will not do it! I placed my order, she looked at me and said, "WE CANNOT DO THAT! HOW?
