I’ve been to plenty of other Smoothie Kings in the area and this one is by far the worst one. They made my drink wrong TWICE! On top of that the people working the window looked so lost and confused that I wanted a chocolate peanut power plus not just peanut butter!
HORRIBLE SERVICE from one of the teenage girls that work there. They always have a nasty attitude. The smoothies are amazing and fresh. But the attitude from the employees has to stop and they need to fix the speaker because everytime I order they seem to not be able to hear and it’s really annoying that I have to shout the order 3 times so the person can be able to understand. Please fix these problems smoothie king 🙏🏼you can do so much better. And this is coming from a regular consumer.
Why does it take 32 minutes sitting in line to pick up a mobile order? I absolutely hate the wait time at this smoothie king. The last 2 visits have been slow as molasses.
