Waiting forever with only one person ahead of me the customer didnt know what they wanted and let me order then the worker waited for other customer to decide what she wanted then she started to make my smoothie , I was in a rush n a bit irritated but worker could have taken care my smoothie first
Every single time I go into this location the staff NEVER greet when I walk in. I have waited at the register for about 5 minutes without anyone saying “ be with you in a moment” - keep in mind not even busy! Just walking around the front. I can totally understand if it’s packed but I was the only one in there & it takes 2 seconds to say that they will be with me in a moment instead of having me stand at the register for 5 minutes.
