Employees are not friendly at his location, ever. And my smoothie never comes out like it does at other locations. Had my usual smoothie and it tasted like a rotten banana blended with ice
Second time in a row I’ve been served a subpar smoothie. Too much ice before and today was thin as chocolate milk. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
The people who work here in the early morning hours are honestly the worst, no customer service skills, rude over the speaker when you’re ordering, rude when your paying. I enjoy the smoothies but please train your staff better.
I love Smoothie King! They are quite pricey, but good. However, I am quite disappointed with the promotion placement at this particular store. I ordered 20 oz smoothies and when I get to the window, I see that on Friday’s they offer 32 oz for the same price of a 20 oz. Went 20 minutes before closing and was told they were no longer taking orders. Doesn't make sense for them to be open and not make money. Sounds like an excuse to not do their job. Also looking at the other reviews seems like changes need to be made to improve all around.
