Does customer service exist any more? The person working in drive thru has no people skills whatsoever. She was very rude and discourteous. She nerds an attorney adjustment in the worst way.
So I tried to come by to get a smoothie in the middle of the work day to get me through. It's open but you can't go inside because of a staff shortage you can only use the drive-thru which you can't make it through if you have a trailer so you don't get to get a shake if you have a trailer and you're in the middle of your work day because somehow going inside overloads the people that work there to handle the drive through and you walking inside which makes zero sense
Its good when thier not saying the machines or internet is down suspiciously 20 mins before they close
Employees are not friendly at his location, ever. And my smoothie never comes out like it does at other locations. Had my usual smoothie and it tasted like a rotten banana blended with ice
