I always go to the Hudson bridge (Eagles landing location). They make my smoothie just how I like it. Today was the first day though, someone asked me did I want sweet strawberries in my smoothie. I usually have to say that part. They never disappoint me.
Today which is Friday I went to this Smoothie King, ordered a Caribbean Way expecting the free Friday upgrade however I was told because their cash register wasn't working properly that they couldn't honor the free Friday upgrade. I wish they would have mentioned that on the speaker at the drive thru, I waited a long time in that drive thru for nothing. Never again.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Get the smoothie bowls and they never disappoint. Crew is so welcoming and on point.
The manager is extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. After waiting in the drive thru line (10:39-10:52) for 13 minutes, I decided to go inside to get my order. The automated system announced but no one ever addressed me. The car behind me pulled off and left because the wait. Promised time 10:43, smoothie was made and sitting out on counter.
