I usually have great experience at Smoothie King, but my recent in store visit to this location was disappointing. A simple customer service request was handled with unnecessary rigidity, and the interaction lacked the flexibility and hospitality I’ve come to expect. We also weren’t greeted upon entry, and the overall energy in the store felt off. The space itself had an unpleasant odor, which didn’t help the atmosphere.
