very good smoothies and good customer services
Allie Wallie and and Lily had top NOTCHHHHH customer service, were fast, and very respectful! Definitely coming back!
The smoothie was not blended correctly, and there were huge chunks of ice in it. I got an island impact smoothie, and it tasted like straight pineapple with huge chunks of ice and pineapple.
I really love Smoothie King, but this specific location has disappointed me a few times. I purchased 4 smoothie bowls, extra toppings on all of them. Not only were the bowls half full, they had less toppings than normal. Rotten fruit I scooped out at home & replaced with my own banana & added my own peanut butter. The Ponchatoula location is my go to store, & they’ll continue to have my business, my bowls are so full there with the freshest fruit, & always extra if paid for.
