Was turned away and told they’re doing online orders only.
They could use some training in customer service skills and communication. They are not very helpful with informing customers about items on their menu or making suggestions on what to order. One employee put peanut butter in a smoothie without asking. I had asked for a Chocolate Smoothie, add protein. What if I had peanut allergies?
Hello! Not really sure who to go to specifically about this, so I'm going to be leaving a review. On August 12th, 2025, I went to this location at 6:40 pm and proceeded to drive up to the drive thru window. I was then told by a woman, "I'm sorry, we are only taking online orders". When I then asked her if I could just come in instead I was then told that they were "short staffed" and could only manage to take online orders at that time.
