Waited for 30 min with 2 cars ahead of me. Can’t believe this location hasn’t closed yet with the terrible service provided. They don’t even have a speaker system that works which makes no sense considering they are a drive through. See contacting corporate since this is not the first issue I’ve had.
Waited for over 30 minutes for them to say that they’re not doing açaí bowls an hour before closing. That is hard to believe hire people that actually want to work.
The staff is trying their best and have been great despite not having a speaker system that works. They’d be even greater if the speaker system worked so that service was even quicker and the line wouldn’t wrap around. Ed (his name was on my receipt) was friendly, kind, and remembered my order from when he came out to ask for it and when Layla gave it to me, she too was kind. Great customer service. Every single time a customer pull up to this smoothie king the workers must think it’s hide and seek time. This place opens up at 7am. It’s 8:30am. I called 10 times & blew my horn, no reply. I constantly see people driving off! Why is this location still open???
