Overall great atmosphere, clean facility and well trained staff.
I went to this location in Plainfield. Was there twice on a Saturday around 6:00 p.m., and the young man making the smoothies was unbelievably rude. My friend and I let it go the first time, but last Saturday he left something out of our smoothies. We were certain of that. We asked him about it, and he just looked at us and said "yes, I added that". Then turned away from us. Ignored us. I can't believe the bad customer service. I am now tuned off to any Smoothie King.
Isaac should be a manager if he isn’t already. He has such great customer service and his smoothies are fireeeeeee
The person working the counter had zero customer service skills, care for cleanliness, care for timeliness of the orders, and was more concerned about taking care of his buddy before the 20 people who had been waiting prior to that.
