Man oh man—get a personality! The guy who was working in the afternoon 8/23 couldn’t have made us feel more unwelcome. We walked in my dad said ‘hey how are you’ and he just looked down and whispered ‘good.’ Didn’t ask us the same back, didn’t smile nothing we’re almost walked out. COMPANIES: train your staff to match your product that you’re selling. He should be selling fertilizer and dirt not fun energizing healthy smoothies. STAFF: if you treat your customers well you’ll get tipped! Imagine that!
