Extremely long wait time
I ordered smoothies through the app, and when given the choice of how I want to pick them up I chose regular pick up rather than drive-through because I know the drive-through there gets crazy. When I got there, it turns out that there is no way to pick up smoothies inside, only a drive through. I tried going up to the window when they waved at me to go around through the drive-through, I knocked on the door, but no one answered. This location suckssssss because it is drive thru only! So if you ordered online still prepare to wait about 15-20 mins to receive your smoothie as you will have to wait in the long drive thru line behind orders that are currently being taken although your smoothie is already done and is now melting. THERE IS NO WALK UP WINDOW even though on the app they give you the option to “pick up”. Totally misleading and such an inconvenience. I will never come to this location again‼️
Felicia gave me my best Smoothie King experience ever today! From start to finish, she was so kind, plight, & positive. Y’all are lucky to have her in the team. I hope she’s running the window next time I pull through! Also, my smoothie was great, per usual. 10/10 would recommend.
