Ordered delivery on Wednesday for a $45 tub of protein powder. I’d walk in and get it but they’re drive thru only. Ordered a smoothie and peanut butter toast to go with the protein powder, but only the smoothie and toast arrived which I didn’t need. Delivery driver played dumb and drove off. I emailed corporate through the mobile app immediately and no response after 48 hours. No protein powder and I’m out $50 bucks. Plus I tipped for poor service. Avoid this location.
I ordered online and no one came to the window to get my smoothie. We waited 30 minutes. The cars in the drive thru were 10 deep. I had to leave after banging on the drive thru window for 5 minute and knocking on the door. Please give me my money back.
Came at 2:45pm on a Thursday and the girl comes on the speaker and says they are closed ..... make it make sense yall. The owners need to do something about that because there were multiple employees inside being paid while they are closed apparently 🙄
Drive thru only. There drive up had the automated message to wait for a team member several people in line did wait. I ordered online and usually pick up my drink but never able to pick it up. There was no one inside place was closed. I hope everyone is all right because the store is always open.
