Took 40 minutes to get an overpriced drive-thru smoothie. Once you're at the menu you're trapped and can't leave. Other locations have been fine.
Long wait times. Got cut off by the cashier after I put in my order to tell me she's not taking orders and tell me to just pull up, although the recording told me to order. Then I had to order without a menu because I had to pull up, making my stay take longer. Don't recommend.
The employees were sitting outside on their phones until 9:15am. The store opened for 9:00am. They went in after 4 cars were sitting in the driveway. Unnecessary wait time. Ordered on the app before 9:00, order was ready for 9:45.
Pulled up at 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday when the business closes at 9:00 p.m. and they were not taking any orders because they had no receipt paper. How does management not go and contact another location close by to get some receipt paper to resume business? Instead they just shut down the business 2 hours early losing money, losing customers and income. I think it's just pure laziness on the employees part. Customer service at this location has a great deal to be desired. After years of frequenting Smoothie King, this was the worst. Choose another location if you can.
