Went Oct.30th 2025 about 8pm. At first No one answered the drive thru so after waiting we went inside. Boy and girl workers moved slow. The girl was cleaning while the boy took his time making smoothies. Manager please speak to these 2 workers about customer service and moving with a sense of urgency. We almost left.
My family and me love everything here. The smoothies and bowls are delicious.
I really like this place, but it’s just gone downhill. The wait times are consistently long, and the customer service is inattentive and frustrating. It’s something I’ve had to deal with on a regular basis. I know this may sound like I’m just venting, but it comes from a long period of frustration that hasn’t gotten any better at this location. Waited at the drive thru and there was no greeting, waited for like 2 minutes then finally said hello?? Still no one answered, I thought maybe the speaker is broken, drive up to the window and clearly see people inside, waited for another like 6 minutes, I am in no rush so I'll wait, still in those 6 minutes no one came to the window, even if they are busy say something I finally ended up leaving and my 5 year old and I were so sad we couldn't get our weekly girl date smoothie.
