GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING
Normally I come to this location, But I will not anymore. I have had a couple issues with this place but this one tops everything. I ATE PLASTIC. Yes I ATE PLASTIC it was in my loaded bread. Seriously!! I’m sorry you should be a shamed and for me to have to come back for my refund. NOPE! Unacceptable!!!! See picture of what I ate!
I normally love coming to this location but today the quality of service and product was terrible. I was given the scraps left in the açaí bucket and when I asked could I get fresh açaí because I noticed she was scraping the bottom of the bucket she responded “it’s because it’s frozen” like I was illiterate and wasn’t aware that açaí is supposed to be frozen. This resulted in my açaí bowl having less than the normal serving as well as crystallized ice in it.

This store is my happy place, everyone is so nice and kind here ☺️ I give this location 10/10
