i normally have a decent smoothie or bowl from here but today i was told the acai is “too frozen”. its 4pm and the acai still hasnt defrosted? be so fr yall are a smoothie place get it together like and the staff didnt offer any alternative instead and didnt apologize, terrible customer service in my opinion.

For the love of God, please get a new staff. When I was at the drive-through, I asked some basic nutritional questions about the ingredients and they had no idea at all. Not to mention when I got to the window, I spoke with 3 different people And every single one of them had an attitude and was rude. Please get more friendly staff just Really frustrated me in my day and I hardly wanna go back to this location
Worst customer service I ever had in my life manager was very rude. Two minutes before they closed. I had ordered the açai bowl previously it was freezer burnt and I asked for a refund. She said the register was closed at 8:52.
