We were greeted with "Hello's"!! My family of five was helped by two very cool people, both very helpful with the ingredients and options for substitutions. Service was five star and the store/facilities were clean. The two that helped us tonight really set the bar high for how to run a store--Smoothie King is really lucky to have such reliable, personable people.

My first time trying this Smoothie King. The staff were kind and the service was good.
I’ve always come to this Smoothie King because of the service. Never again. As soon as I came in the lady (A) went to the back. I was standing at the counter for about 1-2 minutes, but if you know smoothie king they come out as soon as someone enters! Someone else came into the store and the bell rang. Then lady (A) comes out and looks surprised to see me standing at the counter while the man walks up behind me, like she had no idea I was there. I then placed my order.
