I had a very disappointing experience at Smoothie King. The staff were unprofessional; one young woman was especially rude and dismissive, and the gentleman assisting me had a poor grasp of English, which made communication difficult. I will not be returning.
As an avid Smoothie King fan this pains me to write. But it must be said. I have purchased from Smoothie King locations for 20 years and probably over 40 different locations. I have never once said a negative thing about them but this place made a smoothie so awful I must come forward. If this was the first one I had I would NEVER again purchase from Smoothie King. Great store! Fast service. Great inventory and veterans military police and fire get 25% off!
The staff at this location were not very welcoming and barely communicated, which made my visits feel uncomfortable and unpleasant. While Smoothie King as a brand offers great drinks and treats, this particular location did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend going here based on my experience.
The temperature inside was comfortable.
