Been coming here for awhile. The staff is arguing behind the counter, openly complaining about customers and employees coming in off shift and making smoothies around employees that’ll trying to fill customers orders. Very unprofessional
The girl was scratching her face, and putting her hands in fruits and handling jugs?? Whats going on ??? She has freaking long nails?? Guys please call food inspector (inspection) is needed on this place.
I trusted this location for many years and never had problems until today. I rarely post bad reviews, but this was extremely unacceptable. I decided to do a mobile order to save time. I got to this smoothie king 7 minutes later, and he had only just started on my smoothie. Okay, that's not a big deal, they have other customers, right? Inconsistent. Staff doesn’t know how to use their own reward/discount system. End up paying more for lack of their training. Same smoothie always tastes different. If I pay this much for a smoothie I at least expect it to be correct. Might as well go to Bristow.
