Horrible service before today, but completely pissed me off today as customer service was non existent.. store took my money and since they’re probably a franchise location they dont care to provide actual customer service
We only order one smoothie, straight off the menu, they took our money, and we sat so long that they asked us to pay a second time. We had to show our receipt, and then 20 minutes later we got our one smoothie. Food is fine, but service was incredibly slow.
Gross chicken and the wrap was also gross and tiny for $9
Slow service girl inside working very hard. Saw this in the drive through. She has headset on and smoothie king sweatshirt. Poor girl inside was soooo busy. And this one is outside during noon hour!!!!
