Went on my lunch break and waited 18 minutes in the drive thru. Unorganized and not enough help.
Let me start by saying the smoothies bowls and food are always great. Always fresh always tasty. The staff on the other hand is not attentive. I always order through the drive through and it feels very transactional. You order the tell you to pull up then you sit at the window never greeted payment not taken for up to 20 minutes. Then when they are ready the process the payment and while handing you the card their body language and face is rushing you to grab the next 3 items they have for you.
