The service at the gluckstadt location use to be really bad but I didn't give up and I noticed over the last few months the service at this location has become one of the best businesses in gluckstadt and it's all because of Isabella who is the manager of this location now and she is doing an amazing job,I had the chance to meet this young lady and her customer skills are great , this young lady goes above and beyond when it comes to her customers, I will continue to visit her store every week, if you want the best smoothies... read more
Many of the workers are very rude and don't greet customers when they walk in. Eye rolls and uninviting facial expressions. Makes me not want to frequent. One of the young ladies that works in the morning is super sweet though, don't know her name. Later during the day 👎🏽
I absolutely love and adore Isabella and Kaayla. They know me on a first name basis and treat me with the best customer service possible. They always go the extra mile and over and beyond.
