Horrible staff. They act like they do not want to be there and took well over 10 minutes to make toast when I was the only customer in the building. Won’t be back to this location.
So what’s the point in having an app to order? I finally found a smoothie I like. I’m wheelchair user and I had my PCA stop by on her way to me. The wouldn’t allow because it was too busy. She luckily had some money on her went in got my smoothie but noticed how rude EVERYONE was. We figured it was the volume of people and brushed it off. It’s 2:25 in the afternoon and the door was locked . Three employees were sitting down eating lunch at the same time . A young man came to the door and said they had to be there all day so they needed to take a break . He said they would open back up in 15 minutes . My question is could they not stagger who ate lunch and keep the business open? I will say the young man that eventually waited on me was very polite .
Took 20 minutes to make a yogurt bowl, and then made it wrong, just adding things that it doesn’t come with . You have a bunch of kids in there with no adult supervision. TERRIBLE SERVICE! 3/22/26 at 5:30…… PS, GO TO THE ONE IN MADISON AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE!!!
