Sat in drive way for 40-45 mins. I went to Gludstadt SK to take advantage ofdrive way but never again. This hasn’t been the first time. Customer service is horrible.
Really slow service. Especially at the drive though
Very unprofessional. I sat at the drive-thru for an extended period without anyone acknowledging me. A simple “Please hold, we’ll be with you shortly” or even “One moment, please” would have gone a long way. Instead, there was complete silence. So I pulled around to the window and sat there over 5 mintues. However once I got to the window Alex was very pleasant. Thank you Alex. Basic customer service and communication makes all the difference.
Absolutely the slowest Smoothie King I’ve ever been to.
Pretty good selection. A little expensive but a lot of good options
