I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your location on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM. From the moment I entered the store, I felt completely disrespected. None of the three employees acknowledged me or offered a greeting—they simply looked at me and then looked away. I totally love this particular location... My Muscle punch with blueberries, peanut butter and 2 shots of almonds. My smoothie is made with love and the ENGERY in their is so warm and welcoming... Also the notes on my cup makes my day.. you guys rock keep up the great customers service you all give🥰🥰
Run an audit on this place, they steal from customers. Adding tips to the total hoping we won’t notice. We noticed and they instantly got defensive, called their manager saying “a customer tipped us but now they want a refund” trying to cover themselves. Drinks made after this, so you can imagine how they tasted. Threw them away. Low brow unprofessional behavior.
It says it opens at 8am on the website but when i got there at 8:16 today, they were still closed. Hours should be updated.
