They were training a new hire, as a former trainer for a restaurant this made me happy, she was calm and thoroughly informative. As she helped the other lady who was working, she was able to see where he would have a question before he asked. I’ve never been there before. So, yes indeed, the smoothie and fruit yogurt bowl were amazing!! Even more so was her calm confidence and warm patience. I didn’t get her name. Common customer mistake!!! I was there about 2:30. I just want to give her props. This made my whole day.
Stopped in after work. Very clean. Two staff members working! One took my order and the other staff member made my two bowls. I ordered acai cocoa haze and coco colada bowls. I sat down and waited about 15 minutes. I had an idea of what the bowls looked like, cause I saw the Pic on the website before I ordered. I assumed my bowls would look exactly the same and have same measurements of ingredients and filled to the top like the pics. Since each bowl is over $12. The smoothies are expensive and the staff had a weird attitude, very unfriendly and snippy with their response. Definitely felt like they didn’t want to be there and they were taking it out on the customers.
