Went for “Free Smoothie Upsize”. Was told that didn’t exist without paying extra in Greenville, NC.
The store was very clean when I came in. The girl was cleaning like her life depends on it. The guy that is working with her was very nice and helped me choose my smoothie because I never been to smoothie king. I like how respectful they were and how they put a smile on my face and the rest of the customers in the store. I will definitely be back for another smoothie.
I will never come here again!! I was waiting over five minutes for the ladies finish having their conversation to acknowledge me.. I’ve been going here for almost a year and since they hired these new ghetto hood staff’s the customer service has gone down tremendously.
It seems nobody answers the phone there. I got delivery for an original high-protein pineapple smoothie and got some kind of chocolate concoction, and I’m not sure I can even drink with my allergies. I was sure about the one I ordered. I called to see if someone else’s name is on my cup or if the letters are for the type of chocolate smoothie I received to make things a little easier but I can’t reach anybody. So $17 is going in the trash I guess. Not a good first experience, smoothie king.
