Customer service through drive thru is needs more work. Only 1/2 employees out of my interactions were friendly and welcoming. The woman on headset who I assume to be the manager on shift at the time had a horrible demeanor. Once I requested a manager to speak is when she came do the window with open ears and a smile. As a returning customer I was not pleased with this behavior at all
Good food, but got scared at the drive through. THey added $5 Tip to my bill for two drinks? WONT BE GOING BACK!
customer service was top tier! i had them remake my drink (might be my fault) and he offered to make a different one for me, upsized the drink, and gave me a free 20oz coupon for next time i wish i got the guys name but someone give this man a raise! he was so sweet
