Ordered 2 frozen smoothies where they were placed in plastic instead of styrofoam cups and condensation dripped everywhere. Have been to smoothie kings all over the country and this location does not allow substituting of anything without being charged. Was told you could only swap A fruit for a fruit and was still charged changing blueberries for strawberries. Swapped bananas for frozen yogurt was charged also. This place will nickel and dime you unless you order exactly what was on the board

The avacodo toast looked exactly as it did in the picture and the staff is always super nice
I have gone there twice now within the last 72 hours. the first time i go they completely ruined my drink but they did refund it no problem and that was awesome. however i get a snack box today for breakfast and the fruit has mold on it. are you kidding me ? you could get someone very sick from that. this is horrible food. i will not be eating from there any time soon.
