The OWNER yelled at me for no reason and the smoothie was never blended properly and chunky.
Top notch service. I tried a smoothie today for the first time. Excited to try, as I just had dental work done, cannot chew. I barely made it out the door and dropped my drink and cup. I went back in to re-order, still eager to try the product, and the team insisted on making me another drink and not letting me pay for it. Very much appreciated and awesome product.
Went to the hermitage location and was given the wrong drink. I was on my way home and didn’t know until I had made it back into town in Mount Juliet. Stopped in and this location fixed it for no charge. Highly recommend this location. Great staff that went above and beyond for no reason at all!
jd and richard are great employees. gave me my smoothies fast and it tasted great! will come back.
