Last time I decided to visit this location the ice machine was "broken" and was refused a smoothie, so I asked when will the machine will be fixed but the girls behind the counter said that their manager had not been responding to them all day. Please don't waste your time at this location they definitely dont have it all together.
1st off I don’t like that they make you pull up like the fast food restaurants do. Last week I ordered a PB swizzle bowl. I received the bowl Bananas, strawberries, and blueberries for all rotten. When I went back into the store to ask them to remake it, they tried to serve me the same spoiled fruit. I asked them did they have any fresh fruit and all three of the ladies behind the counter said no. So I asked for a refund. Store wasn’t open!!!!
I had such a great experience at the Burbank Smoothie King in Baton Rouge, thanks to Sunisha A.! She was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. I'm currently on a weight loss journey and wasn’t sure what to order, but she took the time to explain everything and help me find a smoothie that fit my goals. She did it all with a warm smile and a kind attitude—I truly appreciated her care and knowledge. Employees like her make a big difference!
