This is bad.. even for sub par fast-ish food standards.. it took us almost 25 min to get 2 drinks which we had to be asked 3 times what we ordered (honestly everyone in the store looked super high), and then when we finally got them, they both tasted like some type of cleaning solution. Ordered on the app to facilitate a faster service. Had to wait for a long time at the window, then got ignored and had to wait for an extra 15 minutes for three smoothies. Ridiculous service.
Last time I decided to visit this location the ice machine was "broken" and was refused a smoothie, so I asked when will the machine will be fixed but the girls behind the counter said that their manager had not been responding to them all day. Please don't waste your time at this location they definitely dont have it all together.
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK I came through the drivethru yesterday and the service was terrible the lady that took my order was very cold and short with me. When I let the lady at the window know my smoothie was short she got visibly aggressive and I was able to catch her put ice in my smoothie INSTEAD of remaking it like she offered.
