Line was bad but when we got to the window I asked what is turbinado. I’m fighting leukemia and not suppose to have sugar. The guy who took our order could not answer the question. Then we got to the window and I asked the girl and she replied “ isn’t the sign there?” Really ? Customer service is crap!!!!!!
Never ever in the history of ever, have I had a good experience at this store. Their 3 strikes are over and done with for me. I'll be giving my business to tropical smoothie Cafe from now on, and you should too!

I always have a great experience at Smoothie King! My favorite order is the Angel Food smoothie with peanut butter it’s absolutely delicious, creamy, and always made perfectly. The staff is wonderful, welcoming, and genuinely friendly every time I visit. The store is always clean and well-maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to stop by. The positive atmosphere and friendly environment keep me coming back. Great service, great smoothies, and an overall excellent experience every time!
