Slow & Rude. 15min wait w/no cars ahead of me. Cashier got all pissy with me because I didn't tip. Not my fault your job doesn't pay you enough hunny.

Horrible customer service- we went in to get the drinks and drive thru was prioritized… it took like 5-10 mins for them to stop taking drive thru orders and take our orders which halfway through the worker took a call and walked away. Don’t know how this location has so many good reviews.
I had a terrible experience at this Smoothie King location. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in—unfriendly and clearly not interested in helping customers. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me again for items I had already paid for. When I pointed it out, they were dismissive and didn’t apologize or try to resolve the issue. The whole experience felt chaotic and unprofessional. I’ve been to other Smoothie Kings and never had this kind of treatment. Definitely won’t be coming back to this one.
I had a really horrible experience with a female manager here, I asked to sub almond butter instead of peanut butter on my açaí bowl due to an allergy. As I have done this before with no issues, I expected to just be up charged for the substitution. Instead Elaina, the manager was very unprofessional in her customer service and extremely rude.
