ZEROOOOOOOOOO!!!!! customer service whatsoever. My husband and I walked in and the caucasian employee was busy packing out the refrigerator. That’s completely understandable, but what wasn’t professional was not acknowledging us or even saying, “I’ll be right with you.” Instead, she continued packing out the entire refrigerator while we stood there waiting to be served. horrible customer service. the last 2-3 times ive gone for a free smoothie promotion, they would either mysteriously run out of the flavor on day 1 or they would straight up close shop early??? and if i would ask for a substitution as a comp, the manager refuses. whats the point of doing promotions if your stores never do them ?

I had a very disappointing experience at this Smoothie King. When I walked into the store, the employees were laughing, and it created an unprofessional atmosphere that immediately made me uncomfortable. I’m not sure what they were laughing about, but it didn’t leave a good first impression. What was even more frustrating was the quality of the smoothies I received.
