Looked forward to getting a smoothie after the gym all day today. Showed up at 8:42pm only to be told they are only doing pick up orders and that they meant to lock the front door. I go to place a pick up order immediately on the app and it won’t let you do pickup. Horrible. do not go here.
A lady by the name of Moe took my order, she was having a stressful day before I came. But she gave such great customer service skills & amazing respect that I would recommend & come again.!!
Went in at 7:30 told not taking orders in last hr. Not sure if this is policy.
My son plays football at the school across the street. Every employee has be kind, knowledgeable and quick with his order. He comes so much most of them recognize him and know his order by heart!
