I stopped in yesterday for the first time ever in a Smoothie King. I came in for my birthday drink. This Smoothie King is very clean and has great staff. I came back for the second time ever today and Malachi served me. He was so helpful, patient, attentive, he kept a smile on his face and did a great job welcoming me in and the other guests. Thanks Malachi for your stellar service! Keep up the great work guys! Looking forward to continue supporting this Smoothie King location.
It was almost closing and the two employees Charlie and Malachi were smiling and treated everyone with a happy greeting. No attitude at all that it was the end of the shift. Workers like this is what keeps you coming. Great attitude and customer service.
Openers not arriving on time to open the store Arrived here a minute before opening only to be told there’s another 30 minute wait because openers are not there
