Service was exceptional. Super friendly staff. The watermelon extreme is fantastic and Amy was very sweet and helpful in choosing between a few flavors I was debating on! Thanks yall
Employees are told not to honor coupon promotions in the app. Second time i couldn't use a Smoothie King award on app because the owner told their employees not to allow people to do it or they'd get in trouble. The drive thru lady was very nice and apologetic, however I will not be returning.
The manager is overly cheappppp when it comes to rewards and any promotions. The app says get a free 12 ounce… and they gave a small cup sample instead.. the worker said the manager didn’t want to do it because it’s a waste of product.. like whattt!!???
