I absolutely am obsessed with smoothie king!! I love it so much I spend my whole check here and then some, very nice employees and clean restrooms too.
Wanna be ignored, also stop here. Not even a stop by to tell me “We will be right with you”. Stood on the counter good 5 mins and no one had the dignity to say anything. Not showing up again. Need to learn from the Flower Mound location. Also, the parking is a total NIGHTMARE! People, do not visit this place. Thank God we have a better option across the street with Salad and GO.
Everytime i come here im waiting for over 20 minutes, You can't leave the drive thru . So now im stuck and i have somewhere to be. Every day the school starts lunch at 1:15 yall need more workers cause there's no reason im out here waiting 20 minutes for a small smoothie?????? Get it together it's annoying and waste of everyone time. If you know yall slow why is there only 2 workers ? Just made me mad. EVERYTIME. I come literally.
I went to this place for the first time and it was SO GOOD the place was neat and clean, the workers there especially the cashier, and this is the only Smoothie King that hasn't messed up my order. Would recommend to anyone in the Arlington Heights area!!
10/10 HANDS DOWN BEST STORE IVE GONE TO , the manager Andrea went above and beyond on making my order even doe it was extremely busy service from was a 10/10!!!!
