After completing a customer satisfaction survey and selecting the option to be contacted regarding her visit, my colleague expected a professional follow-up—perhaps a phone call or email to clarify her experience. I’ve been a regular customer at this Smoothie King location (3326 Hulen St), always ordering through the mobile app and simply picking up my order — no disruptions, no issues. I don’t speak to their staff, other than saying “hi” on the rare occasion they actually greet me. On the occasions when my smoothie was poorly made or the service was lacking, I used the official survey system to provide feedback, always hoping management would take the opportunity to improve. I always recommend this location to all of my friends. The staff here are so sweet and polite as well as have so much knowledge about the menu! 10/10 my friends and I favorite smoothie king location.
This store sucks mainly because of the way it's built. I pulled in the driveway and ordered egg clouds. The employee told me they didn't have any of the 3 flavors they sell. That's very irresponsible for a store to not have inventory at opening hours. Now afte I wasted gas and time coming to a store that doesn't have items on the menu, I can't pull out of the line because 2 cars are in front of me.
