I’ve been coming to this Smoothie King over a year and it’s wasn’t until I had an encounter with an employee who is now a manager that I felt valued. She’s always smiling and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make my experience, drink or food perfect. My children have even grown to enjoy coming to see her. My drink was made wrong by a new employee one day and she immediately said let me make it right. I had my first-ever visit to Smoothie King today (Store 2382) on Hulen St. in Fort Worth, and Lauren Luxenberg (Store Manager) made it a memorable one. I came in around 10:30 a.m., hungry and looking for a meal replacement smoothie. Lauren stepped in, gave me a thoughtful recommendation, explained the ingredients, and made sure I had no dietary restrictions before preparing it. The smoothie was excellent. Went in at 8:45pm and customer ran to lock the door so I wouldn’t go inside. Happened about 15 minutes ago. Not the first time this location has done this too
I love this location! They are always quick and friendly. My favorite is the daily warrior! Helps me meet l my daily healthy goals.
Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. Not only was my order made incorrectly, but the way the situation was handled by the employees made it even more frustrating. Attention to detail and customer service seem to have gone downhill. What stood out even more was how unclean the establishment looked.
